The Hubbard Public Library Board of Trustees is currently accepting letters of interest
for a new member to fill a vacant position on the Board. This position will begin July
2018.
The Hubbard Public Library is the center of lifelong learning for its community, a village
rich in educational, cultural, economic, and social diversity. The Library is deeply woven
into the fabric of the community and is committed to protecting individual access to
global information. The Library strives to foster discovery, intellectual growth, and
creativity.
The Board generally meets on the second Monday of each month at 5:30 PM in the Schafer
Conference Room at the Library. Additional Board Committee meetings take place
throughout the year. All meetings are open to the public, in accordance with Ohio’s
Sunshine Law.
Board members serve without remuneration and must be residents of Trumbull County.
Hubbard residents will be given preference.
